I have purchased many items online, but when finishing checkout the costs of shipping and handling is added in, making the Cost higher.

When shopping with us the cost you see is your cost period.

Although Orders under $30 we have to add in the $10 Shipping surcharge, due to the costs of shipping, items that are below $30 do not aquire enough of the cost of shipping in the prices.

Please keep in mind, when ordering items you can select more items to receive free shipping or pay the $10 surcharge and not receive an Item for that Surcharge. We would prefer sending you items that you wish to have than have you pay for shipping.

Returns
If you receive an item that is damaged or wrong item shipped, Contact us and we will issue you a return number.
Please include this number with the item, we will then issue a refund or ship a new replacement ASAP!

If items you have order are not currently available we will contact you via e-mail to let you know, you will then have the option to keep the back ordered items active or we will issue a refund on those items.
